Summary

Today, as I walked out of my kids school, after the announcements the young man said “and rest in peace Kobe and Gigi” and a teacher in the hallway was upset and stated “what about the other 7 people, they don’t care about them.” I have to say the grieving process for young folks and celebrities and the social media or media in general has them connected to folks they may never meet in life. And that’s ok. They are not disregarding the other lost lives, they just aren’t connected to them as they are with famous people, in general. Let them grieve.

Upcharging the Coffee!

Stopped for some Tim Horton’s and the lady tells me it’s going to be 10 cent more than everywhere else in this area. Not happy.

Career Day if asked Volunteer!

Summary

If you are ever approached to participate in a schools Career Day pleas say yes! Young people deserve to talk with and get connected with people across careers. They need to ask questions and be given truth. They want to be inspired by something other than what they see on tv, in real life. You may be the spark to change or alter a kids pathway.
